Return Policy for Eternal Alaska

We gladly accept returns of urns that remain unused within 30 days of the receipt of the product. A full refund will be issued for returned urns meeting the criteria of being unused. The refund will be initiated upon receipt of the return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for urns that have been utilized. 

 For unaccompanied Ash Scattering Memorials, we are unable to issue refunds once the ashes have been mailed. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued.

 For other Ash Scattering Memorials, after the contract is signed, a partial refund will be provided after deducting the expenses associated with booking travel accommodations. 

Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.
